The checkout process worked in the end, so I can’t really say there was anything seriously wrong with it, but it definitely felt a little slower than I would’ve liked. I was able to get through everything and place my order without any major issues, but there were a few moments where I found myself waiting and wondering if the page was still loading or if I needed to click something again. Not a terrible experience by any means, just kind of average and not as smooth or quick as I was hoping for.

It looked decent at first, but the fabric felt cheap once I actually had it in hand. Definitely one of those hit-or-miss items, and this one was more of a miss for me.

I ordered two shirts, and only one of them was actually right. The other one showed up in a completely different color. Shipping was fine, but now I have to go through the hassle of returning it, which is just extra work I really didn’t need. Annoying and definitely not what I paid for.

I found the site kind of confusing and it felt slow at times, which was frustrating. That said, it wasn’t a complete dealbreaker, and I’m sure with a few tweaks it could be much easier to use.

I stopped in to pick up a few things I needed, and overall the stock was okay. I was able to find most of what I came for, but a couple of items on my list were out of stock, which was a little disappointing. It wasn’t a huge deal, though—I still managed to get enough to make the trip worthwhile.

The whole thing felt avoidable if they’d just added more variety, so I probably wouldn’t go back if I was looking for real options.

I’ve used a few codes here and they worked without any hassle. Didn’t save a huge amount, but it still made my order cheaper, so I guess that means the discounts are good. Most days there seems to be something worth trying.

My order did eventually show up, but the tracking barely updated the whole time and I ended up having to message twice just to get any kind of info, which made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be because I wasn’t sure if it had shipped, where it was, or when I should actually expect it. Communication definitely could be better.

I ordered my usual size from phnx.shop, but the fit was ridiculous. The top was tight around the shoulders, while the pants were doing their own clown act, way too long and loose at the waist. The size chart was basically useless, so that didn’t help. The quality was okay, I guess, but with sizing this sloppy, I wouldn’t order again unless they actually fix it.
